Customer

Mandatory

Select Customer(s) name(s). The default option is All Customers. Multiple customers can be selected on individual basis.

Report Name

Mandatory

Select the report name from the drop-down list. The options are displayed based on the Customer(s) selected in the Customer field.

Logged Date

Optional

Specify From and To logged dates. If From date is selected, then it is mandatory to select To date as well.

Email

Mandatory

Enter email IDs of recipients to whom report needs to be sent. Multiple Email IDs can be included in the Email field.

SUBMIT

Mandatory

Upon clicking [SUBMIT] button, service request will be invoked to Customs Management-US, and reports will be sent to the recipients through Email on successful response.
