Delete PO/TO |

This function allows user for PO/TO deletion associated with workflows and without workflows. The PO/TO deletion can partially or permanently. If the PO/TO are deleted partially, the user can restore the PO/TO that are deleted from UI.
Menu Navigation: System Management > Supply Chain > Delete PO/TO
1.Delete PO/TO screen appears
2.Select the TO or PO for the delete criteria from the Search Scope drop-down list. By default TO is selected.
3.Select Without Workflow or With Workflow from the Return drop-down list. By default Without Workflow is selected.
Note:
If the user selects PO Without Workflow or With Workflow then:
•PO's linked with any TO's are not visible in the dashboard/UI.
•PO's that are part of the login user company are visible.
If the user selects TO Without Workflow or With Workflow then:
•TO's linked with any PO's/Customs are not visible in the dashboard/UI.
•TO's that are part of the login user company are visible.
Search for the shipment using the parameters for PO/TO deletion from the Search For Shipment With drop-down list.
It displays the records based on the user selection with [Delete] and [Delete Permanently] buttons.
If the user wants to delete the records partially, select the record and click Delete.
It deletes the records partially and the user can restore the deleted records.
Note:
•Once deletion of the PO/TO records happens it is not visible anywhere in the application.
For e.g.: User-defined reports, TO Items, TO-DO List, PO Dispatch, Documents Download, Public Track and Trace, Track and Trace etc.
•If the system is getting any updates from alerts or milestone for the deleted records, then these updates are routed to quarantine and an error email is generated with a standard text as “This record has been deleted, hence no updates are allowed’’.
If the user wants to delete the records permanently along with traces from the database, select the record click Delete Permanently.
It deletes the records permanently from the database.
Note:
•Delete Permanently screen is controlled by the object permissions given to the user.
•If the system is getting any updates from alerts or milestone for the permanently deleted records then they are inserted as a new record and moved to archive.
