Control Tower v22.0.0 - Operations Guide

This functionality allows users to arrange the position of the column in Docket grid of the Operation screen.

The user can create, update, remove and save the column selection and positioning as views for P.O or T.O Docket grid.

 

Menu Navigation: Your Profile > Personal / Company > Column Design > Docket List

 

1.Select the Module from the T.O. or P.O. radio button.

2.Select the view from the Views drop-down list or create a new view.

a.Select Save as new view check box to create a new View.
When the user selects Save as new view check box, the system alerts a user to enter the view name.

b.Enter the view name and click [Ok].

c.When the user enters view name and clicks [Ok]. The view name flows in the Views drop down.        

d.If the user selects Make it default check-box against a particular view, the selection and positioning of the columns are applicable in Docket View by default in the Customer Login.
The view that is marked as Default cannot be deleted. If the user tries to remove the Default view, the system alerts the user with the message as "You cannot delete current view, Please uncheck to proceed".

3.Click [Select All] and drag and drop to move all the fields from Available Columns to Selected Columns and vice versa.

4.Drag and drop the selected field from Available Columns to Selected Columns and vice versa.

5.Move Up or Move Down the fields using the mouse to rearrange the fields under Available Columns or Selected Columns sections.

6.Click [Save] to update changes.
The view and column selection is saved.

7.Select the View and click [Remove] to remove the view from the drop-down.

Note: The user can view the position of the column and View in Docket grid of the Operation screen.
