To start the application, enter the URL to access the application and press <ENTER> key.

The Login screen appears.

The screen contains the Login tab and Public Portal tab.

By default, Login tab is selected.

Enter the login credentials and click [Sign In]. This is applicable to assigned/registered Users only.

The system displays the Welcome To CT Screen.

The welcome screen is displayed based on organization group and user role.

Note: If the system parameter Enable_KPI is set to N, then the screen appears as shown below.

 

If the system parameter Enable_KPI is set to Y then the system displays the KPI dashboard.

Public Portal tab:

Click the Public Portal tab without any login credentials, in order to track high-level shipment details.  This is for public users.

 

 

When a user clicks the Public Portal tab on the main login screen of the application and selects [Track & Trace], the following screen will be displayed to track shipment details at a high level the following screen appears to track the shipment details.

[Login] navigates back to Main login screen.

[Track My Shipment] navigates to shipment detail screen(s) of P.O (Purchase Order) or T.O (Transport Order) or C.O (Customs Order).
