1.Select [P.O Milestone] quick link or Hot Key (Ctrl+Alt+m).
The system displays Individual Milestone, Group Milestone and Visual Milestone tabs.
The user can view,
•A list of Milestones picked up from the milestone profile for a particular P.O.
•Milestones added through the workflow profile items.
•Milestones added to a P.O through status import.
The milestone profile in group.
[Expand All] expands all the records.
[Collapse All] compresses all the records.
2.Click on the milestone in the list to view or modify the details.
| View or modify and save the details. Note: When the user selects location against initial, estimated or actual in the Milestone screen, then the respective Latitude and Longitude details are displayed if data is available in the Location Master. If the data is not available in the Location Master then the Latitude and Longitude field will be blank. |
3.Click [Add Milestones] in the PO Milestone screen to add the details.
[Add Milestones] will not pop a new window. It appears as a tab where the user can enter the milestone details.
4.Select [GMT], [Local] or [User] button to view milestone in selected time zones.
5.Click [Visual Milestone] to view a graphical representation of milestones.
