The upload TO function allows the user to upload TO using excel template from the front end into the CT Application.
Menu Navigation: Transport Order > Upload TO
T.O Upload screen appears.
How to upload TO
1.Choose the required TO file that is to be uploaded in the application.
2.If the user wants to view the guidelines to upload TO, click [Guidelines].
The upload TO guidelines document is downloaded.
3.If the user wants to download the sample file where the user can fill the data and upload the TO, click [Download Sample File].
Note: It is recommended to validate the records and then upload the records for successful and error free upload. |
4.Click [Validate] to ensure all the data available under each TO’s is having all mandatory fields filled.
5.Click [Upload] to upload the T.O's which has no error.
If the record available in the uploaded data has an error while validating the data, the system displays the error. So, the user can view the error at each record level in the file.
Note:
•If the user clicks [Upload] without validating the uploaded data, the user gets an alert stating the data is not validated, do you still want to continue with uploads? If the user clicks [Yes], the system will validate the record and proceed with the TO uploads which have no error. The error records will be listed below the Validation Messages as an error. The errors records are validated and uploaded again in the system.
•When TO’s are uploaded, they should be linked with the respective workflow to ensure the PO picks the right workflow.
•Only excel format is allowed for uploading TO's.
•In the TO upload excel file, the BackboneRefID is made the non-mandatory field and to identify shipments in the TO subframes, we have added a new reference field in the excel template.
•AxsscmReID column is also added in the excel file as a non-mandatory field.
•When there is new update for the TO and If system parameter ‘Allow Update ‘is marked ‘’ Y’’’ then the same ‘’ AxsscmReID /BackboneRefID should be given in the excel, else the update will be inserted as a new record.
•TO Header fields are allowed for Value Based Exit (VBE) functionality, the system automatically moves from one process to another process based on certain data based field value configured at Workflow set up level. Wherever an operational value is matched with configured values, then the process will move automatically to next process.
•Multiple TOs can be uploaded at one time. Based on the given fields, the appropriate workflow will be picked for respective TO.
