1.Select [T.O. Additional Information] from a quick link or Hot Key.

2.The system displays Additional Information against T.O. transactions related to T.O. transaction if the Additional Information is added.

3.The user can add the additional information against a T.O such as shipping instruction etc. Depending on the object permission Additional Information quick link is visible against T.O transactions to enter information or notes related to T.O transaction.

4.Click [Add Additional Information].

5.It navigates to Additional Information pop-up window.

6.Enter information in the text box provided without any limitation of characters and click [Save] to add the additional information to T.O.

Note: If the user clicks [Save] without adding information, the system alerts user please fill Additional information.
