Note:
•A response is associated with the respective Milestone for which the reason codes are added.
•Reason Code pop up will be displayed for the response buttons of the type Answer and Exit.
•On the click of the response button, the system displays a pop-up as “Please select the Reason Code"
•Value Based Exit (VBE) response button works on Business Rules. Business Rule is a set of configured fields. The Admin user can configure multiple business rules against one response button.
•In a Workflow Process, a VBE response button is associated with the respective Milestone for which the reason codes are added. When the user selects location against initial, estimated or actual in the Milestone quick link screen, then the respective Latitude and Longitude details are displayed if data is available in the Location master.
•On the click of the VBE response button, the respective business rule satisfied is triggered and the milestone associated with it is considered. The milestone is associated with the reason codes.
•The system displays a pop-up as “Please select the Reason Code".
•The File Share Documents is added at response configuration screen in Workflow Profile Item to restrict the user from navigating to a different process without uploading the required documents.
•If the user does not upload the required documents during the process, then the system displays an alert as “Please upload the required documents to continue” with an [Ok] button. This is applicable for File Share Exit Type responses.
The pop-up will be only displayed only when the Milestone is configured with an option Compulsory to provide reason? as Yes in the Milestone screen.
If the user continuous the current and the next process of the workflow, then on completion of the above P.O. creation tasks, the system directs the user to the Edit Routing of the next process. It happens based on the System Parameter setup configured by the Admin user.
