Public Track and Trace allows any user to track summary information of shipment based on the shipment reference number.

General user can login to the application by clicking Public Portals on the main login screen of the application and selecting Track & Trace.
 
Public Track and Trace URL is enhanced to work with multi-tenant CT environment.

On the Public Track & Trace screen:

•[LOGIN] navigates back to login screen.

•[TRACK MY SHIPMENT] navigates to the Public Track and Trace screen.

Captcha in Public Track and Trace Screen

An user can view Captcha field in the Public Track and Trace screen so whenever a user Logins or searches a shipment in the Public Track screen then the user needs to enter the captcha code to login to the Control Tower application or search the shipment details in the Public Track screen.
