Link is a connector, which takes the user to the destination when it is clicked. Mainly there are two categories in this module – Welcome Links and “CT” Quick Links. These are designed for the convenience of the user.
Menu Navigation: Your Profile > Miscellaneous > Link
Go to Your Profile > Miscellaneous > Link > List All, and the List All screen appears.
Search:
1.To search for a specific link, click [SEARCH].
2.Enter the search parameters.
3.Click [RESET] to clear the data entered.
4.After entering the details, click [SEARCH] on the expanded screen.
5.List of required items appears on the next screen.
Modify/Remove
1.To modify a link, select the link to be modified from the list on List All screen.
2.The detailed link screen appears.
3.Modify the data and click [SAVE] to update the modifications.
4.To remove the link, click [REMOVE].
Add New Link:
1.To create a new Link, go to Your Profile > Miscellaneous > Link > New Link.
2.Enter the link criteria on the new LINK screen.
3.Click [SAVE].

Select [Yes] / No option using the radio button. Based on which the relevant page opens in a new window or in the same page respectively. |
Global Link |

If Global Link option is selected as [Yes], then the created link appears on the home page under Links section. It is visible to Admin as well as General users. If Global Link option is selected as No, then the new link configured is visible to Admin user only and does not appear in General user’s home page. |
Note: Admin user also views link created by General users in List All page. Admin user can edit or remove the link created by the General user. The modification reflects on the home page of both the users accordingly.
