Select [Import Documents] quick link. It displays the list of documents for which XML can be generated. This will be shown to users only if configuration available.

“No matching records found” message appears if documents are not available.

Otherwise, the documents imported for selected shipment are shown.

Generate Document section shows the list of documents for which XML can be generated.

On selecting check box and clicking the [Download], the system downloads all the selected Documents as a batch download. An alert is shown to user “You are now downloading XX (total selected files) files” with [Ok] and [Cancel] buttons. Click [Ok] to continue download and [Cancel] to abort the download.
