Shipment Update is the option added in System Object. Based on object permission, the system displays check box against all PO / TO transactions and processes available on user’s dashboard.
 

To-Do list user Interface:

Operational role users can update selected shipment(s) from To-Do list to avoid opening of each and every shipment to update similar details.

Based on permission set to user, the system displays check box against each PO, TO and process(s) available on the dashboard.
 

Note: Users should select POs or TOs within the same process for a multi update.

Quick Links on selection of PO(s) or TO(s) from To-Do List:

If the user selects only one PO or TO from process on To-Do List, the system displays all the quick links based on permission set to the user.

If multiple PO's or TO’s are selected, the system allows updating only Fileshare, Milestones and Remarks through quick links from Bulk Action drop-down for P.O/T.O.

 

Fileshare/Upload, Milestones, Remarks and Routing Info quick links are available under Bulk Action drop-down for T.O.

A user can select the quick link and update selected orders.
