Quick Links Selection from To-Do List for Multi Shipment Update

P.O / T.O File share quick link selection from the dashboard:

 

Select File Share for P.O/File Share and Uploads for T.O quick link from Bulk Action drop-down.

When the user selects File Share /File Share and Uploads from Bulk Action drop-down, then the system displays the form in the same screen to upload a file.        
 

When the user clicks [Upload] the system displays windows file chooser to select the file to upload.

When the user clicks on the Existing Uploads tab the system displays a screen.

oWhen the user clicks on each row, then the user will be prompted with a download option.

oRows will have a check box only for uploaded files and not the download audit logs.

o[Remove] button will be enabled only when the user selects at least one check box against an uploaded file.

oWhen the user clicks [Remove] the uploaded file will be deleted along with related downloaded by/on audit logs.

oWhen the user clicks [Email] the system displays the Email tab to enter details and send an Email.

oWhen the user clicks [View Existing Uploads], the system displays the existing uploaded files.

Click [Publish Now] to upload the select file into PO.

If the user wants to send the Fileshare documents through email to recipient/parties, select the check box against the required record and click [Send Email].
It opens EMail tab.

a.Enter Email Subject and Message.

b.Recipient Email Address or Select Parties check box to send email.

c.Click [Send Email].

If the user wants to remove any uploaded files, select the check box against the required record and click [Remove].

Note:

Parties that are common for selected shipments are displayed against 'Parties to Send'.

Documents Attached shows all the file share uploads (based on user permission) against each shipment with order (PO or TO) number against each document. In case if PO or TO number is not available system only shows the file share.

If the user clicks [Send] without selecting 'Parties to Send' or 'Recipient Email' and 'Documents Attached' system alerts the user to select.

Sender email field it shows default logged in user email id.

PO Number or TO Number will be defaulted in the subject when email is sent.
 

P.O / T.O Remarks quick link selection from the dashboard:

Select [Remarks] quick link from Bulk Action drop-down.

 

The system displays the form in the same screen to add remarks.

 

The user can add the remarks in the Add Remarks tab.

Click [Save] to add remarks to all selected shipments.

Click [Save & Send] to email remarks and save the same to all selected shipments.

When the user clicks [View Existing Remarks], then the system displays the existing Remarks.
 

PO or TO Milestone quick link selection from the dashboard:

When the user selects [Milestone] from Bulk Action drop-down, then the system displays the following screen with Add Milestone tab.

When the user clicks Add Milestone tab, then the system displays the same form to enter details of the new Milestone.

When User clicks on Update Milestone tab, the system displays the inline edit table.

oThe user can edit milestone details using Blue pen edit icon.

oBlue pen edit icon color will become red when a row is clicked for editing. 

oWhen the user clicks on red pen icon then the values entered in a row will not be saved and the row will not be available for any edits.

oThe user can perform multi-row edits by clicking on the blue pen icon and cancel the multi-row edits by clicking on the red pen icon.

oWhen the user clicks [Save], then all the records (Milestone) in the in-line edit table will be saved to the multi-selected shipments.

When the user clicks [View existing milestones] against shipments., then the system displays the details of the existing milestones.

The user can add new dates and locations to the milestone which in-turn will be applicable to all milestones of the same identity. For shipments with ‘No matching records found’ a new milestone is added. 

Other than dates and locations fields like "Container No/Reason Code/Remarks/Caused By" if updated or modified (with a new value) changes will effect to the entire shipments milestone. In case of no data is updated existing data already available remains same.

Note: 

In case of Add or Update milestone in above multi shipment scenarios, container No's will remain always blank as they are related to individual shipments. If container no is already attached to a milestone in case of update they will remain same.

When the user selects location against initial, estimated or actual in the Milestone screen, then the respective Latitude and Longitude details are displayed if data is available in the Location master.

Milestones are shown with and without groups based on configuration setup.

If groups are enabled milestones assigned to a group are shown within that group and followed by individual milestones (not part of any group).

If groups are disabled all the milestones listed are shown individually.
 

Routing Info quick link selection from the dashboard (Only for T.O): 

When the user selects [Routing Info from] Bulk Action drop-down, then the system displays the form in the same screen to add the routing information with Add Routing Info tab.

Enter the routing information and click [Add].

When the user clicks Update Routing Info tab, then the system displays the inline edit table.

oEach row will have a check box so that user can select one or more records to delete the routing info records by clicking [Remove].

oWhen the user checks any record then the row edit will be disabled by displaying an un-click-able grey pen against the respective record.

oThe user can edit Routing Info details using Blue pen edit icon.

oBlue pen edit icon color will become red when a row is clicked for editing. 

oWhen the user clicks on red pen icon then the values entered in a row will not be saved and the row will not be available for any edits.

oThe user can perform multi-row edits by clicking on the blue pen icon and cancel the multi-row edits by clicking on the red pen icon.

oWhen a User clicks [Save] in the Update Routing Info tab, then the system will save the records but will not push the updates to selected shipments.

oWhen the user clicks [Update Routing Info] all the records (Routing Info) in the in-line edit table will be saved and the routing info will be updated to the multi-selected shipments.

When the user clicks [View shipment specific existing routing info], then the system displays the existing shipment routing details.

 

Note: Existing routing information for selected shipments will be replaced with new routing information on update.
