Search Using Templates option facilitates the user to track and trace the relevant Purchase Order or Transport Order details using Global Templates or with User Templates saved in New Search. This helps the user to not to enter search criteria repeatedly.

Menu Navigation: Track and Trace > Search Using Template

1.The list displayed under Global Template is generic to all users.

2.The list displayed under User Templates is templates created by users.

3.Check the check box and click [Remove] to delete selected user templates.

4.Check the check box and click [Edit] to change selected user template search criteria.

If the user links the Templates in the Link Category screen as Global or User, it is visible in the Welcome Page of the User Login or Admin Login.

Template created by the General User can be created as Private Links.  This option is applicable to General Users, provided Admin User gives the Permission.

Admin User can also view link created by General users in List All page.  

General Users can configure links, which appears in List All and Home Page.
