The user can add and modify the column format using this feature. Basic steps with screenshots follow:
Menu Navigation: Track & Trace > Column Format
Search:
1.To search for a specific column format, click Search to expand the search panel.
2.Enter the search parameters.
3.Click [RESET] to clear the data entered.
4.After entering the details, click [SEARCH] on the expanded panel.
5.List of required items appears on the next screen.
Modify / Remove:
1.To modify a column format, double-click on the column format to be modified, and details entered for that format appear in the next screen.
2.Modify the required field and click [SAVE] to update the modifications.
3.To remove the column format, Click [REMOVE].
New Format:
Track & Trace > Column Format > New Format
1.To add a new column format, go to New Format and fill the mandatory fields.
2.Select all the required options and click [SAVE].
