What’s Existing: On C.O REPORT REQUEST screen, users need to manually select one Customer after another in Customer field.
What’s New: Navigation: Report > C.O REPORT REQUEST Now, the default value of the Customer field on C.O REPORT REQUEST screen is set to “All Customers”. Users can clear the default selection (All Customers) and select the Customers on individual basis if required. •When a user selects ‘All Customers’ option after the selection of customers on individual basis, the individual selections will be cleared. When a report is requested with default value in Customer field, i.e., “All Customers”, all the customer codes mapped to the logged in user are sent in the service call. When a Customer logs in to the application, the value of the Customer field will be defaulted to the same Customer instead of “All Customers”. |
