Navigation: Reports > Billing

Billing Report Name

This functionality helps to view a list of billing reports available or create a new billing report.

 

Menu Navigation: Report > Billing > Billing Report Name

 

Modify/Remove

1.To modify a billing report, select the report to be modified from the list, and details entered for that report appear in the next screen.

2.Modify the data and click [Save] to update the modifications.

3.To remove the report, click [Remove].

 

New Billing Report:

Report > Billing > Billing Report Name > New Billing Report

1.To create a new billing report, go to New Billing Report and fill the mandatory fields.

2.Select all the required options and click [SAVE].

Field Descriptions:

 

Field Name

Authorization

Description

Transaction Group

Mandatory

Select any one radio button P.O/T.O.

Party Type

Mandatory

Select party type from drop down list.

Company

Mandatory

Enter company name or click LOV to select companies.

Billing Report Name

Mandatory

Enter Billing report name.
