Any Custom Report created by Admin user as Global (Yes) is available to all other users within company relation under “Global Custom Report” Column. The user can only generate such reports, but cannot modify the report criteria.
“User Custom Report”, contains all the user created reports which can be customized based on the criteria’s chosen to edit, view or remove the report. Admin users can view/edit all custom reports created by users within company relation.
The basic steps to generate the reports as follows:
Search:
1.To search for a specific custom report, click Search to expand the search panel.
2.Enter the search parameters.
3.Click [RESET] to clear the data entered.
4.After entering the details, click [SEARCH] on the expanded panel.
5.List of required items appears on the next screen.
Modify / Remove:
1.To modify a custom report, double-click on the report to be modified, and details entered for that format appear in the next screen.
2.Modify the required field and click [SAVE] to update the modifications.
3.To remove the column format, click [REMOVE].
New Custom Report:
Report > User Define Reports > Custom Report > New Custom Report
1.To create a new custom report, go to New Custom Report and fill the mandatory fields.
2.Select all the required options and click [SAVE].

If the user selects Customs as Entity and selects Criteria Item quick link.
It displays the screen where the user can add criteria.
This is to create new custom report based on criteria defined according to user requirement.
1.On selecting Generate report option from the quick link, a screen with Report Data and Download (or) Send Report tabs is displayed.
2.The Report Data tab displays the generated report details.
3.The Download (or) Send Report tab allows you to download or email the generated report.
a.To download the generated report, select the report format from the drop-down list and click [DOWNLOAD].
b.To email the generated report, enter the email ID details, select the report format from the drop-down list and click [SEND].
