1.This option is available, if the system parameter (Multi Routing in T&T) is configured under System Maintenance> Configuration>System Parameter module by setting the value as ‘Y’. If the system parameter value is ‘N’ this option is not available.

2.The system considers all the values given in the description of the system parameter as mandatory fields.

3.Object permission protects the ‘Edit routing’ button. This is based on the configuration done in the module - System Maintenance > System >Object >List All>Select Multi Routing in T&T> Object Permission (Quick Link)>Add user, role or role category combined with ‘can add, Delete or Search’.
 
Based on this setting, the user can view check box and Edit Routing button.
