When a user forgets the password, the user can retrieve the password using email ID. 

Click [Forgotten Password?]

 

After entering User Name and Email address, click Submit.

Note:

•If any field is left blank, the user is not allowed to submit a request.

•If the entered data is invalid, the system displays "Invalid User Name or email address. Please try again".

•If the User is inactive and the entered data is valid, then also the system does not send the Reset password link email.

•If entered data is valid, it displays a message as “An email has been sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password”.

Password reset email:

An email will be sent to registered email of a user.

•When the user clicks on the link (Click here) provided in the email or copy paste provided URL in the browser, it displays the screen where the user can enter a New Password.
Note: Ensure New password and Confirm new password are same. In the case of miss-match, the system asks to re-enter.

•Click [Submit].

 

You cannot reset the password through same provided links one more time. If you click the link one more time, it displays a message.
