It enables the user to access the Quick links directly from the header screens.  Quick links help to add additional information pertaining to the page.

The user can navigate from one quick link screen to another quick link screen by using these hot-keys.
Include a screen shot of the quick link in expanded mode and the screen where hot-keys are configured to support below points

•By default, quick links are available in the drop-down list of PO/TO ‘Current Process’ and on Track & Trace screen.  On selecting any quick link a table format appears to enter the additional details pertaining to that page.  

•These quick links are security controlled based on “Object Permission” assigned to roles/users.

•The hot-keys can be defined above are the default hot-keys for each quick link. The administrator can change the hot-keys (only alphabets) according to the convenience.

•The Quick Links, which are common in both P.O / T.O, will have the same Hot Keys by default. (Example: Parties in P.O/T.O the hot-key is Ctrl+Alt+p).

•While assigning the hot-keys the administrator should make sure that the same hot-key is not used for multiple quick links having the same base entity.
