This section explains the important validations of the application.

1.Major modules are presented in horizontal navigation menu bar.

2.If the user forgets to enter any mandatory field and clicks [Save], a browser alert message is displayed to enter the mandatory fields.

3.From the PO/TO dynamic header screen, if the user navigates to any other menu or clicks on homepage/ Logout link without saving, a browser alert appears whether to save the existing page to navigate to the next page. Click [Ok] to save the details or click [Cancel] to exit without saving.

4.When the field has a drop-down option, click on it to view the list of values and select the relevant one.

5.Enter search parameters in the respective field, the relevant list of values will be displayed to select the required value.

6.Search: Enter the search criteria to search the existing records.

7.Report more than 500 Rows: When generating the reports, if it exceeds 500 rows, an alert message appears whether to show last updated 500 rows only or show all.  The System suggests displaying only 500 rows for better performance.

8.Calendar Icon : By clicking the calendar icon, it displays Calendar for selection of the date, month and year. Select the date within the calendar. For fields displaying text message as DDMMYYYY HHMM, the user is allowed to enter both date and time manually.

9.It displays the default text message in the field as DDMMYYYY HHMM for fields where the user is allowed to enter both date & time manually.
