My Account

Default links such as Switch To, Support request, Help and Logout are available in My Account menu in the Header Section which is visible to users.

 

Switch To

The user can switch role from Switch To option from My Account menu on the Welcome page of Login User.

 

When the user selects the Switch To option, the system displays Switch To pop-up with Switch To – Company Relations and Switch To – Users accordions.

The Switch To – Users is not considered for super users as the super users can only switch to a company relation.

When the user is logged in, the respective row is displayed in bold in Switch To pop up.

The user name to which the respective user has access permissions will be listed in the Switch To pop-up. Along with the user name, the Branch, Company and Role (Native Company Relation) will also be displayed.

If admin didn't configure any delegation to the respective user, then the switch role menu item will not be displayed.

If admin has configured the delegation to Company Relation and not to users, then the accordion Switch To - Users will not be displayed.

If admin has configured the delegation to Users and not to Company Relations, then the accordion Switch To - Company Relations will not be displayed.

If user1 is given partial access permissions to user2:

oTo Do List: Display the common shipments in which the company relation of user1 and company relation of user2 are responsible parties in the shipment. Only the shipments which are in the process to which user2 is an owner will be displayed. The user access filters of user2 should be applied to user1.

oTrack and Trace: This will consider the common shipments in which the company relation of user1 and company relation of user2 are responsible parties in the shipment. The user access filters of user2 should be applied to user1.

oDashboard: Display the combination of ToDo List shipments and Trace and Trace shipments.

If user1 is given full access permissions to user2:

oTo Do List: Display all the shipments in which the company relation of user2 is a responsible party in the shipment. Only the shipments which are in the process to which user2 is an owner will be displayed. Only the shipments which are in the process to which user2 is an owner will be displayed. The user access filters of user2 should be applied.

oTrack and Trace: This will consider the Criteria defined at the company relation of user2. The user access filters of user2 should be applied

oDashboard: Display the combination of ToDo List shipments and Trace and Trace shipments.
 

A user switching to a Company Relation can view all the processes belonging to the added workflows.

oPartial Access: The user can view only common shipment numbers in Pivot cells of switched Company Relation. 

oFull Access: The user can view all the shipment numbers in Pivot cells of switched Company Relation. 

oIf a process has no shipments, then the system displays zero in pivot cells.

oPivot Options configuration is not applicable.
 

A user switching to a user can view processes belonging to the added workflows as per Pivot Option configuration.

oPartial Access: The user can view only common shipment numbers in Pivot cells of switched User. 

oFull Access: The user can view all the shipment numbers in Pivot cells of switched User. 

oIf a process has no shipments, then the system displays zero in pivot cells. 

Note: There is a flexibility to configure a default role at the Create User screen. If this is configured for any super users, then the system will navigate the super user directly to the Dashboard/To Do List skipping the Switch Page. Users belong to Company Relation will log in to play the role that is defined at the Role field.

When a user is delegated to a role, the user access filters will not be considered. But, when a user is delegated to another user, the user access filters of the delegated user will be applied on top of Todo list and Dashboard.

 

Support Request:

Support Request option enables user to log in a request.

When the user clicks Support Request, it displays Support Request pop-up, where the user can enter the request.

This option is available under My Account drop-down only when "Disable_support_request" system paramater is set to 'N'.

 

 

Help:

Help option provides user assistance and information related to application.
 

Logout:

This option will log the user out from the screen and displays the Control Tower application Login screen.
