A Notification icon display notifications alerts triggered against a P.O. or T.O. to the logged in User.

When the user clicks Notification icon, the system displays the number of notifications for P.O. and T.O. respectively.

The user can also view P.O. and T.O. Order Updates in the Notification menu. It enables User to receive order update notifications at sub entity level details w.r.t add/remove operations.

•If the user adds or deletes a record in any of the sub frames grid of P.O/T.O, then the system triggers a notification to all the parties of the updated P.O/T.O.

•A shipment will be displayed to the user in a dynamic screen or Track and Trace screen based on the ownership of the shipment.
 

 
The notification will have Back, Mark all as read and View All options.
 

•If the user clicks [Back], the system navigates to main Notification menu.

•If the user clicks [Mark all as read], then the system erases all the notifications under P.O., T.O., P.O. or T.O. Order Updates section. The erased notifications are deducted from the notification count.

•If the user clicks X, then the respective notification will be erased and be marked as read.

•If the user clicks [View All] in any notification section, the system displays a list of all the P.O., T.O., P.O. or T.O. Order Updates in descending order w.r.t time-stamp (latest notifications/transactions on top).
 

 
If the user clicks any Notification, the system displays a shipment to the user in a dynamic screen or Track and Trace screen based on the ownership of the shipment for P.O. or T.O. respectively.
