Public Track and Trace for Customs Order (CO) |

The user can track Customs Orders (CO) using public Track and Trace option.
1.Click Public Portals on the main login screen of the application and click Track & Trace.
It displays the Public Track & Trace screen.
2.Select the Search Scope as CO radio button.
3.Select criteria as Entry Number or UniqueExternalRefNum (File No.) and enter the number.
4.Enter the captcha code in the Captcha field and click [Track My Shipment] to view shipment details.
It displays the details of shipment under Public Track and Trace.
| If the user selects any record then the following four tabs for custom records along with information required are displayed. By selecting different tabs, the required information related to tab is displayed. |

•Customs Items
•Customs Milestones
5.Click [New Search] to navigate back to Public Track and Trace screen.
6.Click [Login] to navigate back to login screen.
