Public Track and Trace for Purchase Order (PO) |

The user can track Purchase Orders (PO) using public Track and Trace option.
1.Click Public Portals on the main login screen of the application and click Track & Trace.
The system displays the Public Track & Trace screen.
2.Select the Search Scope as PO radio button.
3.Select criteria as PO Number or POReference and enter the number.
4.Enter the captcha code in the Captcha field and click [Track My Shipment] to view shipment details.

| If the user selects any record then the following four tabs for P.O records along with information required are displayed. By selecting different tabs, the required information related to tab is displayed. |

5.Click [New Search], to navigate back to Public Track and Trace screen.
6.Click [Login] to navigate back to login screen.
