This feature helps to add or modify the container pertaining to particular TO.  The basic steps are as follows:

 

Add T.O Container Details

1.Click to add the T.O Container details.

2.Enter the T.O Container details and click [Save].

 

Modify / Remove

1.Select the record from the view-all list.

2.Modify / Remove the T.O Container details and click [Save].

3.Click [Add Item Into Container] to add the items into the container.

4.Click [List Items] to list item into the container.

5.If it is configured, the related values flow on the next screen.  Select the required values and click the above buttons.

6.If you want to remove the selected item details records, select the record and click [Remove Selected Item].

7.Click [Close] to close the T.O Container >Container Item screen.

Note:

New System Object:  Multiple containers removal PO/TO allows to remove the Containers from the PO/TO.

If TO container is attached to T.O item, T.O dims or T.O Packaging, then the system will not allow the user to remove the container.

Click [Add Sub Items Into Container] to add the sub items into the container.

The system opens T.O Container >Add Sub Items into Container pop-up window.

Select the T.O. Sub items and click [Add Selected Item TO].

The system adds the selected T.O. Sub items into the container.

The user can split the SUB Item into multiple parts and stuff into the container.
 

Split Functionality:

If the user splits the SUB Item, then an input is required in any of the split quantity columns. On the click of the [Add Selected Item TO], the SUB Item with the value entered in the split will be added to the container selected and then the respective SUB Item will show the remaining value by deducting the split value from the available value in Available column.

▪If a user tries to split the SUB Item with the value which is more than the Available value, then the system alerts a user with the message “The value entered is greater than the available".

▪When any of the Available value is made 0, then the respective SUB Item will not be displayed in the grid.

▪Split Units will be same as the units displayed in the available units.

▪If the respective split field is kept blank or 0, then the system alerts a user with a message “Please provide an input in Split No. of Packages".

▪The SUB Items which are loaded into the container can be removed or edited as well. This system will back update all the quantities and will be visible during the SUB SKU Container Stuffing for the respective T.O.

▪Items/Dimensions and Sub Items cannot be stuffed into a container for a respective T.O. Item.
