The Client, Supplier and Consignee parties associated with the T.O are listed by default in the T.O parties list.  

 

 

Add new party

1.Go to T.O. Parties sub-frame, and click .

2.Add the new party, and click [Save].

 

 

Arrange Columns

Click to arrange columns. Select all or required columns and drag and drop to rearrange it.  This is for displaying the rows in above sub-frame.

 

 

View/Modify/Remove parties

1.Select the party from the view-all list.

2.Modify/Remove the record, and click [Save].

 

Adding New Parties and relation on a P.O or T.O on fly

The user can add a new party and relation on a P.O or T.O on fly so that the user can create their own parties.

▪The user can add new party to a P.O /T.O transaction for all party types using Create New button.

▪Create New button is controlled through Object permission (Create New Party).

oCan Add If set as Yes then Create New button is shown to users.

oCan Remove, Search and View options will have no impact even if Yes or No.

▪When a consignee or shipper is added through Create New button in P.O / T.O by any role, then the client relation will be auto added to respective shipper/consignee added newly in PO/TO. 

▪The party types other than Consignee and Shipper if newly added using Create New button, Additional Parties configuration will be automatically added against the logged in user company relation.
